Good to Know

Tours depart from London Eye Millennium Pier, and you should arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The Rapid London Tour lasts 50 minutes, the Thames Barrier Explorer runs for 80 minutes, and Thames Lates is a 50-minute evening experience.

Children are welcome on daytime tours when accompanied by adults, but Thames Lates is restricted to guests 18 and over. Bring valid ID for evening experiences. Dress appropriately for weather conditions and expect to get splashed during the ride. Life jackets are mandatory and provided for all passengers.

Tours operate in most weather conditions but may be rescheduled during severe weather for safety reasons. External food and drinks are not permitted onboard, and you must follow all crew safety instructions throughout your ride.
