1. What This Policy Covers

This Cookie Policy explains how tickets.uk, operated by tickadoo Inc., uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) when you visit the Platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They help websites remember your actions and preferences, understand how the site is used, and keep essential features working.

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary

  • Session and security cookies that keep you signed in and protect against fraud
  • Cookies that remember the contents of your trip planner and booking flow

Preferences

  • Language and locale settings
  • Recently viewed shows and experiences, so we can show you relevant content

Analytics and performance

  • Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the Platform (pages viewed, searches made, approximate location). IP addresses are truncated or anonymised where required.
  • Self-hosted session replay, which records anonymised interactions (clicks, scrolling, page structure) to help us find usability problems and bugs. Text you type is masked by default and payment details are never captured. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
  • Attribution cookies that tell us which site, campaign or search engine referred you.

Third-party embeds

  • Booking and availability widgets from tickadoo set functional cookies needed to complete a booking
  • Flight search on our flights pages is powered by Kiwi.com, which may set its own cookies when you interact with it

3. How Long Cookies Last

  • Session cookies expire when you close your browser
  • Persistent cookies remain for a set period (typically between 30 days and 13 months) or until you delete them

4. Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. You can block all cookies, allow only certain types, or clear cookies when you close the browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Platform (such as sign-in and booking) from working.

  • Most browsers let you inspect and delete cookies under Settings, then Privacy
  • To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
