How entry works on the day

Choose your date and entry time at checkout. Your voucher is emailed to you shortly after booking. Head to The View from The Shard entrance on Joiner Street, beside London Bridge station, and show the voucher on your phone together with a valid photo ID. Fast-track entry speeds up the queue, but everyone still goes through security screening, so allow a little extra time before your slot. Bags and backpacks larger than 55 x 38 x 20 cm, outside food and drink, tripods and pets are not allowed. Most visitors spend 45 to 90 minutes on the viewing levels.

If cloud or haze stops you spotting at least three of the London Eye, the Walkie Talkie, Tower Bridge, One Canada Square and St Paul's Cathedral, ask the duty manager before you leave for a free return voucher valid for 3 months.
