Dinner by Heston was a once-in-a-lifetime meal — the meat fruit is as good as everyone says. Our room was stunning after the renovation. The spa is world-class. We took the Piccadilly line to the theatre in minutes.

The Mandarin Oriental sets the standard. Every detail is perfect — from the doorman to the turn-down service. The spa treatments were extraordinary. We walked to Harrods for Christmas shopping in three minutes.

After the renovation, this hotel is better than ever. The Joyce Wang rooms are beautiful — modern but warm. The Bar makes the best Negroni in London. Hyde Park on your doorstep for morning walks. Exceptional.
