The best way to see London if you're short on time. Our live guide Dave was hilarious — proper London humour. The river cruise was a lovely bonus.

Great value. We used the 48-hour ticket across two days and saw everything. Buses came every 10-15 minutes. Top deck seats are a must!

Perfect for first-time visitors. The recorded commentary in Japanese was very helpful. Wrap up warm in winter — the top deck is cold but the views are worth it.

Frequently asked questions

How often do the buses run?

Buses run every 10-20 minutes depending on the route and time of day. The Red Route (central London) is the most frequent.

Absolutely — the open-top upper deck gives the best views and photo opportunities. In cold or rainy weather, the lower deck is covered and heated.

Is the river cruise included?

Yes, a Thames river cruise between Westminster and Greenwich is included free with all Big Bus tickets. It's a lovely way to see the South Bank landmarks.

Can I use the ticket on consecutive days?

Yes, your 24 or 48-hour ticket is valid for consecutive hours from first use, so a ticket activated at 2pm is valid until 2pm the next day.
