Hub by Premier Inn Westminster is Premier Inn's tech-forward, compact-room concept, designed for guests who want a great central location and a comfortable bed without paying for space they won't use. Rooms are small but smartly designed, with mood lighting, a comfortable king-size bed, a powerful rain shower and a smart TV you can control from your phone. Everything is managed via the Hub app — from check-in to adjusting the room temperature.
The hotel sits on Tothill Street, just off Victoria Street, putting you within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and St James's Park. For theatre, hop on the District or Circle line from St James's Park station (three minutes away) to Embankment, and you're in the West End in no time. It's a clever, modern option that punches well above its weight for the price.

“Really impressed with this place. Yes, the room is small, but everything you need is there and it's beautifully done. The app is genuinely useful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We walked to Victoria for the train to the theatre. Great value.”

“Perfect for a theatre trip. We checked in on the app, dumped our bags, walked around Westminster all afternoon and then got the Tube to the show. Room was cosy but the bed was a dream. Would happily stay again.”

“The concept works well if you accept the small room size. The tech features are fun and the location is excellent. Breakfast options are limited to grab-and-go items. Fine for a one or two-night stay but I'd want more space for longer.”
Rooms are around 11.4 square metres — compact but well designed. The king-size bed is the centrepiece, with a fold-down desk, hanging space and a good-sized bathroom with rain shower. Think smart design, not cramped.
The app handles check-in and check-out, acts as your room key, controls the room lighting, temperature and TV, and lets you order food and drinks. It's optional — you can still use a physical key.
There's no full restaurant, but the hotel has a food and drink hub serving breakfast items, snacks, coffee and evening drinks. For dinner, Victoria Street has a wide range of restaurants within a five-minute walk.
Take the District or Circle line from St James's Park (3 minutes from the hotel) to Embankment — it's one stop. From there, the main West End theatres are a five to ten-minute walk.
